Fine Points: Trolley Square is a 21,000-squarefoot (1951-m2) retail and hospitality complex with a restaurant, wine bar and banquet facility. The complex is the fi rst of several emerging developments that are part of an effort to connect downtown Appleton with the riverfront. Design elements and colors blend the retro railroad station with the existing industrial neighborhood while maintaining the riverfront atmosphere.
