People: architect and builder, Michael Kinder and Sons Inc., Fort Wayne

Products: A rigid frame system from Varco Pruden Buildings, Memphis, was used for this project. The system includes multiple hi-lo frames, open façade systems, parapet systems and bar joists. The SSR roof was painted with Galvalume and the panel rib wall color is cool colonial red.

Fine Points: The new 35,344-square-foot Emerging Growth Center facility is part of the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center’s 55-acre innovation campus. Specially spaced spandrels and vertical members allow for the use of concealed fastened horizontal metal siding, as well as the support for aluminum storefront and masonry.
