South Bend, Ind.-based Shaffner Heaney Associates has met the qualifications of the Glenview, Ill.-based Metal Construction Association’s Premium MCM Fabricator Certification Program. To qualify for the program, fabricators must meet specific standards in the areas of experience, services, systems, and financial strength to help ensure premium performance for metal panels.

"Shaffner Heaney intends to use this certification alongside and in conjunction with other Premium MCM fabricators to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace as the standard in terms of MCM fabrication and installation. The company joins MCA company members Custom Metal Contracting, Firestone Metal Products, Miller Clapperton, NOW Specialties, and Sobotec in meeting the stringent program requirements.
