Products: An ABC Rigid Frame and purlins from American Buildings Co. were used on the project. The office roof uses Loc Seam panels in light bronze and the warehouse utilizes Standing Seam 360 panels. Architectural III panels in Fox Gray were chosen for the walls of the warehouse.
Fine points: RJ Distributing is a leading beer and wine distributor in Illinois. Its new 68,000-square-foot facility includes 60,000 square feet of temperature-controlled warehouse space and an 8,000-square-foot office. The office features a brick-and-stone exterior with a metal roof. The interior of the office space is designed to meet the high-end expectations of visitors who come for wine tasting and special events. A hospitality room has been designed for special events, occasions, and meetings.
