Fine Points: This 13,245-square-foot medical office building houses nine primary care physicians and an urgent care component. The facility was designed around nine “Doctor PODS,” including 26 exam rooms; multi-function procedure rooms; MD work areas and nurses’ stations; physical therapy, radiology and lab suites; and reception and patient waiting areas. The rotunda, which stretches up to the roof, allows daylight in the building. The design aesthetic blends traditional brick and cast stone detailing with the curtain wall glazing and aluminum composite metal panels.
