People: Architect, HKS Architects, Farmington Hills, Mich.; general contractor, George W. Auch Co., Pontiac, Mich.; installer, Lutz Roofing, Shelby Township, Mich.

Products: Several profiles from Petersen Aluminum in Elk Grove Village, Ill., were selected for the $20 million project. Approximately 13,200 square feet of 24-gauge, 18-inch Snap-Clad panels were utilized on the main portion of the roof, in addition to 3,800 square feet of 24-gauge, 16-inch Tite-Loc panels that clad the barrel roof and entrance canopy. Approximately 2,800 square feet of 12-inch Flush panels were used for soffit and trim applications. In addition, Petersen’s Composite Wall panels were used in fascia and column-cover applications. All panels were finished in hemlock green.

Fine Points: The 53,000-square-foot outpatient facility offers a variety of advanced services, some of which are normally found only at full-service hospitals.
